- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wow! Called in to transfer a prescription from Missouri - they were incredibly rude, told me they couldn't transfer it because the insurance company had put a "hold" on the prescription, and I would have to pay cash if I wanted it filled. I called the Missouri store and they immediately apologized and said it was because the MA store were processing it wrong, and they would call the store and help them do it correctly.
